Shipping Policy
Once your order is received we process it within two business days it will helps us to bring you a fresh organic coffee from Costa Rica. You will be receiving your order in no more than 2 weeks. In case that an item is backordered, you will be contacted for us, letting you know the estimated delivery time. Please provide your complete street address.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with any product you purchase through this site, or your shipment is damaged, and you would like to return it, we will refund the purchase amount on the credit card used for the purchase.
The product must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Simply repack the item(s) in its original packaging (if possible), with a copy of the shipping invoice, as this contains the information we will need to identify the order and issue a credit to the correct credit card. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL PACKING, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED!
